Life Groups
Life Groups are the primary way that we promote discipleship and community building. Our Life Groups are on a trimester schedule. January, May and September are sign-up months. Each Life Group then runs for three months. Our Life Groups cover a variety of topics from prayer, to Bible studies, to addictions recovery. For a current listing of Life Groups, click here

Kid City
Kid City is for children ages 0-6 th grade. Kids 5 and under are in the nursery/pre-school during the entire worship service. Kids in 1 st-6 th grade begin the worship service with the adults and then are dismissed to Kid City partway through the service.

Safety Procedures:
Sick children cannot be permitted in Kid City.
Parents must sign children in and out of Kid City.
All volunteers have been cleared with a police background check.

The Realm
The Realm is our youth ministry for teens in 9 th-12 th grade. We meet the first and third Sunday of every month in the Lounge!

Worship Team
People interested in joining the worship team will participate in an audition and interview. Rehearsals are held on Thursday nights. Instrumentalists meet at 7:00 p.m. and vocalists meet at 7:30 p.m. To schedule an audition and interview, please contact Pastor Christy.

Hospitality Team
The Hospitality Team exists to welcome and serve our guests. This team provides refreshments, has a photo ministry, and coordinates greeters and distribution of announcement sheets. To participate in creating a welcoming culture, please contact Robert.

Tech Team
This team provides tech support for worship services, including running PowerPoints and the sound board. To learn how you can participate on this team, contact Duane.

Angel Food Ministries
City Life Church is a host site for Angel Food Ministries to help distribute food to those in need. For $30 you can receive a box of food containing both fresh and frozen items. These food items are top quality. The food only comes from major food producers throughout the country to ensure the best food comes to your table.

Orders must be pre-paid on our designated sign-up days.

Food will arrive about 2 weeks later, and must be picked up on Distribution Day.

U.S. Citizenship Class
We are proud to offer a U.S. Citizenship class to assist refugees and immigrants seeking to become U.S. citizens. This 6-week study course is specifically designed with the citizen test in mind. This class is free. We offer it at City Life Church 2 times per year. To inquire about class dates, please email Dawn or call the church at (616) 260-1477.

Facilities Team
Our facilities and maintenance team provides us with a pleasant and usable space! We are blessed to have our own meeting place to use for Sunday worship and classes and gatherings throughout the week. This team makes our "ministry of presence" on South Division a possibility!
