KId City Job Descriptions

Teachers
Responsibilities:
• Arrive at 10:00 am when scheduled to teach
• Help provide activities including coloring activities, crafts, games, etc… during service time
• Prepare and learn lesson throughout the week in order to provide the lesson to the children
• Possibly play music and do motions along with kids
• Attend training meetings when scheduled
• Provide a safe and welcoming atmosphere for the kids

Estimated Volunteer Time:
• Approximately 2 hours a week in preparing the lesson
• Be a regular attendee of City Life Church
• 2 hours a week during scheduled service times
• Quarterly meeting requirements.


Shepherds
Responsibilities:
Arrive at 10:00 am when scheduled to help in Kid City
• Provide a safe and welcoming atmosphere for the kids
• Attend training meetings when scheduled
• Greet parents and children
• Provide City Life Guests with information regarding Kid City
• Aid in check-in procedures
• Lead small groups during lesson-go over discussion questions

Estimated Volunteer Time:
• 2 hours a week during scheduled times
• Quarterly meeting requirements


Kid City Supervisor/Greeter
Responsibilities: (see above)
• Additionally, the supervisor will be the point person for the day
• The supervisor will be in charge of special instructions from parents- snacks, potty-training, food allergies, sickness, etc…
• Provide visitor pack to guests


Kid City Helper
Responsibilities:
• Take care of the younger children
• Play with and watch over the kidswhen scheduled
